    CCF COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS

It is essential that the community supports the development of a community group in their area. The group must have a structure that will facilitate two way communications with the community.

To facilitate this CCF holds an Annual General meeting that is widely advertised directly to the member groups and the general public. Each member group can attend and nominate one representative from their organistaion to serve on the Board of Directors of CCF. They are there representing their organistaion and not themselves personally, therefore at a strategic level CCF hears and responds to the needs of their member groups.

CCF further communicates with their membership through public events, public meetings, newspaper articles, community audits, community news sheets and e-briefings.

CCF aims to communicate to as wide an audience within the Carrickfergus Borough Council area as possible. If you wish to be included on our database, simple contact our office.
